"Coming up on 4 years with Bobby. Would I recommend? I’m busy, I don’t really like working out, and I don’t like spending the money. That said I continue. I am 7 months into training with Bobby. I was referred to him because I was having difficulty recovering from an old acl knee injury and lacked guidance/modivation. Bobby's approach to working out and being a personal trainer is much different from what I've experienced in the past. He is a very motivated but relaxed individual. I never felt pressured or intimidated. This shows through his workout routines he is created for me. His plan is tough but doesn't cause burnout. Instead of giving me a cookie cutter program, Bobby really listened to my wants/issues and created a custom plan for me. Also he checks in with me throughout the month to modify the plan and motivates me to hit my goals. I may be sore, but I feel so much stronger and happier with my body. Thank you Bobby!!

Bobby is one of the great trainers in the Valley (and really, with Zoom, Facetime etc you could train in Chicago or Switzerland, if you wanted to). Particularly excellent in working with (and around) assorted conditions - knee issues, injuries, whatever your thing is, and creating a great workout that fits for you, with as little or as much equipment as you have available, plus his well-equipped studio in Napa. Extremely personal and personalized. DO IT! 10 stars!
